Six things we found reading the live pages on 8 September 2026. Each one is checkable on plouise.co.uk today, and
each one is a setting rather than a rebuild once the offers run on Kitenzo.
1
The £15 page can charge more than the shelf price
The pricing function is savings = Math.max(0, full - tier.price). Three "You're So Charming"
keyring charms are £4 each, so £12 of product is charged at £15, and the saving reads £0 instead of warning
anyone. The £4 shades are Big Bag, Globe, Latte, Tumbler and Air Balloon, so it takes three of those
rather than any three charms. See it in the counter.
On KitenzoA minimum bundle value rule, or a per section rule that stops three
picks coming from the same shelf, closes it without touching the theme.
2
The ladders on £27 and £30 are flat
£27 for three, £36 for four, £45 for five works out at £9 an item at every rung. £30 / £40 / £50 is £10 an item
at every rung. The tier buttons look like a reward for a bigger basket, but the unit price never moves, so
there is nothing pulling a shopper from three to five.
On KitenzoTiered discounts with a real curve, and progress copy that says what the
next pick is worth. The counter above shows the nudge you are missing.
3
The Viral £18 is one product wearing 35 hats
3-for-18-beauty-saver is a single Shopify product of type MIXED BUNDLE whose 35 variants stand in
for real products. Its 165 reviews are pooled, so the same page carries a review about a hand cream, one about
an eye palette, one about a body scrub and one about a fragrance.
On KitenzoThe picks go into the cart as the real products, so stock, reviews and
reporting land on the item the customer actually chose.
4
162 sold out options are still in the lists
45 on the £15 page, 72 on £25, 18 on £27, 27 on £30. They are disabled so nobody can pick them, but they still
pad dropdowns that already run to 105 flavours on a single card, and every one is a dead end a shopper has to
read past.
On KitenzoHide out of stock products is a store level switch, so sold out shades
drop out of every offer at once.
5
Categories are a free text field
The £25 page has 27 chips for 44 products, and three of them are "Lip Oil", "Lip Conditioner" and
"Lip Oil / Lip Conditioner". One product on the £27 page is called "Tender Lip Care Sets 3 for £27", so the
offer name is baked into the product and cannot be reused anywhere else.
On KitenzoFiltering runs off product type and tags you already keep in Shopify, so
a shade added once shows up correctly in every offer it belongs to.
6
Five offers, two separate code bases
The four mix and match pages share one Liquid section driven by data-tier-sizes and
data-tier-prices. The £18 page is a different section with its own JavaScript and CSS. The rules
that matter, what counts as a pick and what a pick is worth, live in that JavaScript, where nothing else can
read them: not the cart, not reporting, not another sales channel.
On KitenzoFive bundles in one place. Prices, rungs, sections and product lists are
fields rather than code, and one config drives the storefront, the cart and the reporting together.
You already run this pattern
The Meal Deal bundle is a Kitenzo bundle, and it is the exact shape the five theme pages are reaching for:
three steps, one pick each, a fixed £17, and a rule that stops a shopper taking three of the same thing. It
auto advances between steps and has been bought 4,844 times.
The five offers in this hub are the same idea, built five more times in theme code. Moving them onto the
bundle engine you are already paying for makes them consistent, editable, and honest about what a pick is
worth.
